V200 offers extraordinary value with features such as a rain trough, universal accessory slots, eyelets for affixing chin strap and also an embossed date of manufacture. The Vulcan V200 ratchet suspension enables the wearer to dial the size desired with tremendous ease in 1/8" increments, and is non-irritating.  The Vulcan V200 hard hat features a 6 Point woven nylon web - crown strap system that is extremely comfortable and very strong and acts as a shock absorber with six load-bearing points that spread any impact over a larger area that stabilize the hard hat. Some other attributes not found on other brands of hard hats are a detachable plush cotton terry that is laminated over foam front sweatband for great comfort and snug sizing without leaving marks on your forehead.
